Investing for this definition of success requires a disciplined mindset and capital efficient approach to business building. It requires intentionality, patience, and a focus on earned revenue over raising excessive capital, giving founders more control and ownership.

Over two decades of early-stage investing, we've seen that founders who balance financial strength with relationships, society, and innovation are best positioned to build enduring businesses. We have developed a framework around this philosophy which we call 4D Wealth ("4DW").

Inspired by some of the founders we’ve partnered with in the past, 4DW is the cornerstone of our investment strategy. In fact, the founders we invest in are inherently operating in a 4DW manner despite not being familiar with the framework. It is the foundation of both our underwriting process and our measure of success.

We bring the rigor of institutional capital with the trust and closeness of family and friends. We are a private, evergreen, female-led fund based in Southern California that partners with mission-driven founders in the early stages of their business.

    I am passionate about supporting leaders who strive to positively impact society. My approach to investing is built on respect, collaboration, and partnership. I started my career as one of the first employees of a medical device start-up, so my perspective on investing early stage companies goes beyond simply financial risk and return. I enjoy taking an active role in our investments, from co-founder to serving on boards. I truly believe that entrepreneurs have potential to make unique contributions to make our world better, and I am dedicated to building a new ecosystem that champions healthy businesses. As a mom and artisan baker, life continues to show me that the early stage of building is essential to life-long health.

  • Managing Partner

    I am committed to partnering with entrepreneurs and other fund managers to achieve strong social and financial returns. Originally from Spain, I began my career as an engineer before transitioning into strategy consulting. I earned my MBA at Stanford and then worked in private equity before joining Crescent Ridge. I love supporting founders who defy the traditional venture model, helping them build thriving businesses by aligning strategy, mindset, and financial discipline. And as a mother of two, a health and fitness enthusiast, and an avid surfer, I am passionate about investing in healthy businesses building a better world for us all.

    I am most energized helping individuals and organizations realize untapped potential. That looks like building efficiency, creating connections, and structuring plans while keeping alignment with the strategic vision. My winding journey through the software industry, mothering three kids, touring the world with my husband, event planning, running a foundation, and consulting founders landed me here, where I get to combine my passion for participating in a hopeful narrative with my varying skills. I am grateful to work with courageous leaders who honor unique purpose, show up authentically, and pursue excellence with humility.
