    I am passionate about supporting leaders who strive to positively impact society. My approach to investing is built on respect, collaboration, and partnership. I started my career as one of the first employees of a medical device start-up, so my perspective on investing early stage companies goes beyond simply financial risk and return. I enjoy taking an active role in our investments, from co-founder to serving on boards. I truly believe that entrepreneurs have potential to make unique contributions to make our world better, and I am dedicated to building a new ecosystem that champions healthy businesses. As a mom and artisan baker, life continues to show me that the early stage of building is essential to life-long health.

    I am committed to partnering with entrepreneurs and other fund managers to achieve strong social and financial returns. Originally from Spain, I began my career as an engineer before transitioning into strategy consulting. I earned my MBA at Stanford and then worked in private equity before joining Crescent Ridge. I love supporting founders who defy the traditional venture model, helping them build thriving businesses by aligning strategy, mindset, and financial discipline. And as a mother of two, a health and fitness enthusiast, and an avid surfer, I am passionate about investing in healthy businesses building a better world for us all.

My winding journey through the software industry, mothering three kids, touring the world with my husband, event planning, running a foundation, and consulting founders landed me here, where I get to combine my passion for participating in a hopeful narrative with my varying skills.
